Getting Started
Notes Organizer is your central hub for knowledge management. When you first log in, you will be placed in your default General Workspace. This workspace cannot be deleted and serves as your primary notebook.
You can immediately start creating notes, organizing them into categories, and using AI to enhance your writing.
Workspaces
Workspaces allow you to separate different areas of your life (e.g., "Work", "Personal", "Study"). Each workspace has its own independent set of notes, categories, and storage limits.
- Create Workspaces: Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to create new workspaces.
- Switch Contexts: Seamlessly jump between workspaces to focus on what matters.
- Settings: Customize each workspace with a unique icon and name.

Rich Text Editor
Our editor supports formatting, lists, code blocks, and more. You can also:
- Attach Files: Upload images and documents directly to your notes (subject to storage limits).
- Pin Critical Notes: Keep important information at the top of your list.
Smart Categories
Create nested categories to structure your knowledge base. Color-code them for visual clarity and drag-and-drop to reorganize as your needs evolve.
AI Superpowers
Don't just write—enhance. Our integrated AI assistant helps you communicate more effectively.
AI Polish
Drafting a quick note? Use the "Polish" feature to instantly correct grammar, improve tone, and restructure your content into a professional document.
Usage Credits
AI features consume credits. You start with free credits, and you can purchase more as needed. Check out our Pricing page for details.
